The most popular choice is a "turnkey" service. Our builders handle everything (from blueprints and permits... to foundations, framing, and interior finishing). Before you know it, you will be relaxing in your comfortable new log home or cabin. While this option is simple and fast, it also can involve the highest budget. However, there is a lot of value in having the whole process informed by our experts (so you don't realize halfway through something that it won't work how you hoped it would). Plus, our construction teams will execute the work so well that the generous warranties on all the different features of your new home will almost never need to be used.
At the other extreme, many people like the idea of do-it-yourself kits (at least at first). However, for anything bigger than a small cabin, those can end up being the least appropriate option. Still, for some people, they are the obvious best choice. We can help you identify if a kit is a reasonably good option for you, plus finalize the specifics if relevant.
A better choice for most people with limited budgets is for our experts to assemble a sealed shell on your property. If you want to handle some or all of the interior finishing on your own schedule (as well as provide the materials yourself etc), then this can be a good choice.
